Decent action with an okay story line. Classic propaganda thriller, so every single character's fate can be predicted 10 seconds after you saw. The bad guy's motivation for his specific actions are completely unclear, but apparently irrelevant. No complexity at all.
Initially pretty cool. But when devolves into the bad guys torturing the good guys and the good guys working with people who torture the bad guys, it gets really lame and stupid. Also the trope that the War on Drugs would be won by Hero Cops if it were not for the the wavering politicians is idiotic. Unfortunately, these things make this season a lot weaker than the previous Narco series.
