The series is decidedly unambitious and ends before it ever really gets off the ground.

For such a high-concept series, it aims remarkably low.

Light entertainment that's as acceptable as it is disposable. [Full review in Spanish]

The premise is good but it could be a lot more inventive and funny.

In offering little more than fortune-cookie sentiments about our own lives being what we make of them, Living With Yourself doesn't give us much to hold onto as we wait for more miles.
December 4, 2019
It just seems like a waste of a premise that could have gone so much deeper and evolved into something so much stranger.

There was intrigue in seeing whether the best man would win - brave new Miles or his vestigial self - but if Living with Yourself had the bodies, it needed more soul. Jokes, too.

The unfortunate irony of this show about copying people is that it itself feels like an inferior knockoff, a genial lark that can't help but fall short of the soul, wit, and creative ingenuity of the thing it's unconsciously echoing.

At some point, it just becomes the story of two very different men who happen to share a face. Like many wellness cures, it's interesting but not particularly effective.

The ingredients are there, but the show never successfully puts them together.

Living With Yourself is highly entertaining when it has the momentum of really getting into the pluses and minuses of human cloning... But the push-and-pull of Miles and Miles 2 is played more for mild laughs than comedic deep thinking.

What might have worked as a 90-minute movie is stretched to eight uninspired episodes... Hilarity doesn't ensue.
November 15, 2019
Living feels like a first draft of that very good idea, squandering over its running time the potential of that premise.

Living With Yourself is a struggle to get through...

For something that's got just enough of a fantastical element that could have seen it go a hundred different ways, Living With Yourself is an unexpected breathe of fresh air.

Living With Yourself might not be entirely unique in its suburban ennui commentary, or even that eventful, but for a show bent on having two Paul Rudds, it delivers in a satisfying way.

When there's not one but two Paul Rudds involved, what's not to love?

Paul Rudd and Aisling Bea are an absolute delight together, 'Living with Yourself' is charming, funny and utterly bonkers enough at times to make it worth your time.

Living With Yourself is a dark and twisted comedy that deserves a binge watch. Each episode gets better and better - and crazier and crazier!
