Season 17 of "Hell's Kitchen," officially dubbed "Hell's Kitchen All Stars," sees the return of 16 contestants from previous seasons who have made it to the black-jacket round of the competition. This time, however, what's at stake is the position of head chef at Gordon Ramsey's new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Las Vegas' Caesars Palace. Gordon Ramsey returns to the show as its host and head chef, along with Christina Wilson as the Red Team's sous chef and Marino Monferrato as the maître d'. Making his debut as the Blue Team's sous chef is Jocky Petrie.
