As with the first season, Corcoran remains at the heart of the show, and Weston-Jones' portrayal makes the detective a new TV hero worth rooting for.

This episode is Copper at its liveliest, because the manhunt for a rampaging killer, while not exactly a model of narrative intricacy, crowds out most everything else and generates some excitement.
