Critic reviews for Genesis
There's every chance that the renewed focus can drive Season 4 toward an effective end, but the corners "Genesis" cut to get us there felt ludicrous, if not outright repetitive.
Confusing at times, but over all an emotionally charged, exciting bit of superhero drama.
Did [Diggle] really think Andy was all alone? Still, the tension between the two was pretty intense, and I liked how that string was pulled throughout the hour.
Oliver Queen might not be the hero we thought he was.... But he's finally a man who can stand on his own and win a fight - not with his fists, or with his bow, but with his heart. Talk about a journey.
Yeah, this plan doesn't exactly make a mountain of sense at this point... That plot just seemed like a weird fit, tossing tidbits from Wayward Pines to Under the Dome into a pot and stirring.
