Critic Reviews for Tracey Ullman: Live and Exposed
The 75-minute ordeal is an ego trip of the first magnitude, or maybe the last magnitude, with Ullman delivering her autobiography in songs and sketches and not-so-snappy patter.
As fun as it is to learn where these characters (and Ms. Ullman) came from, it's sad to see her pack their wigs back into a trunk as "Live and Exposed" ends. We can never get enough of the gentle skewering they provide.
Lively, fast-paced and full of laughs, this new special showcases Ullman at her schizophrenic best.
