Movie Info

This comedy is part of the five-movie series "The Cohens and Kellys." In this entry, Sidney's son Foster is in love with an aspiring actress and tries to get her a screen test. He succeeds and a star is born. Unfortunately, the actress forgets all about poor Foster now that she is hobknobbing with the rich and famous. When talkies become the rage, the star's career immediately bombs and her memory returns. She returns to Foster. Several famed actors make cameos in the film including Boris Karloff, and Tom Mix.
