In a time when people seem far more interested in litigating on social media what exactly 'horror' is, it's both refreshing and delightful to see such an open-armed embrace of the genre as a whole.

You might find the volume of information overwhelming at first because they come at you with a rapid-fire pace, but once you settle in, this documentary is a great ride.

The documentary goes on to explore many different and interesting aspects of the genre such as 'Final Girls', music and the effects of Home Media and 3D on the genre. A must watch for any fans of 80s Horror or Horror in general!

It's certainly an enjoyable documentary, and it's highly recommended to any horror fan. But the best horror movies are a little more ruthless than this.
