Critic Reviews for George Lopez: Tall, Dark & Chicano

All Critics (2)

The obviousness of George Lopez's concepts and construction, and the easy stereotyping of his laugh lines, wouldn't matter if the material was funny... Tall, Dark, and Chicano just isn't funny.

For those who don't speak Spanish, a few quips and asides may be lost in translation. But Lopez usually makes his intent clear as he effectively mines America's culture wars for plenty of chuckles.
