I doubt that the typical Austrian humor works in any other languages and without the dialect, but for me this is a terrific piece of comedic cinema. Due to its strong drug content it's definitely not for everyone, but that's one attribute of high art.
This is like the Austrian Dumb and Dumber. If you know a lot of Styrians, as I do, and you have accompanied them to places such as Poland, you might find this to be a bit close to home, or even funnier than it was meant to be. It's an amusing film.
