Hill Harper(CSI: New York) plays a man obsessed with Terrorist attacks so he builds a bomb shelter in his basement along the way he befriends Tom Arnold who plays himself who is also afriad of attacks...I guess this was suppose to be a comedy-drama..but it wasn't very funny nor dramatic just dull

This started out with a great premise and could be used as a mans fear of fatherhood but the writer seriously dropped the ball with this and the film just took a massive nosedive and never recovered. The topic and constant fear became annoying after a while just tiresome. There wasn't any form of character development or no moral at the end. The ending a copout. This simply was purposeless and Tom Arnold just made it worse.

This is Not a Test is quite the odd duck -- writer/director Christopher Angel blends tart romantic comedy, political satire and self-referential, neurotic surrealism to middling effect.

This is why I'm a Hill Harper fan!

This is an extremely entertaining movie. I really enjoy it. It is an independent film that is definitely better than a lot of the unoriginal junk that comes out traditional/predictable Hollywood. Hill Harper is awesome in this. He is both funny and scary all at once. Tom Arnold is hilarious as "himself". I laughed out loud though most of the film. It also gets you thinking about just how prepared people are for the unexpected. I really wish Hollywood would make more films like this. Just awesome.

A cute indie comedy/drama with Tom Arnold and some familiar faces from CSI: New York. It'll leave you thinking about how crazy our modern world has driven us. Watch with a glass of wine and some friends and you're bound to have a good conversation when it's done.

The movie is a big step forward for director Chris Angel, previously known for his work closing out the Wishmaster series. He's managed to capture the feel of Los Angeles and given Arnold and the rest of the cast a great base to work from.

Good concept but poorly executed.
